The Florida Podiatric Medical Association is pleased to announce the annual Science & Management Symposium (SAM), taking place January 29 - February 2, 2025 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
SAM's educational mission is to promote continuing education in podiatric medicine, podiatric surgery, and practice management through workshops and seminars. Our commitment is to increase knowledge by offering every registrant the educational assistance needed to improve care for their patients and be successful in practice by promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments.
Please Note: In order to register as an FPMA Member, you must register with the email address that is listed in your FPMA database record. Each registrant must use a unique email address.
Please Note:
- A separate registration needs to be completed for each attendee.
- All registration fees must be paid in full, in advance; registrations received without complete payment will not be processed.
- All communication regarding SAM 2025 will be sent to the contact information provided in your registration.
- Your first and last name, as it appears in your registration, will be printed on your SAM 2025 name badge.
- You must be registered for the entire program to attend any portion of the program. Some workshops and events may require separate fees.
- If you are a no-show at SAM 2025, registered for $0, and did not contact FPMA in advance of SAM 2025 to cancel your registration, you will be billed a fee of $100 to cover meals ordered for you in advance of SAM 2025.
SAM 2025 physician registration will end on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
