SAM 2021 is a hybrid event. This form is for exhibitors wishing to attend virtually.
Thank you for registering as an Exhibitor for the Florida Podiatric Medical Association's 2021 Science & Management Symposium (SAM) taking place January 14 - 17, 2021.
Exhibiting at the SAM Conference allows your business to increase sales, generate new contacts, and build a quality database, while raising your company profile and increasing industry awareness of your company, products, and services.
Please note your exhibitor application is not confirmed until approved by FPMA. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of your exhibitor registration, you will receive an email notifying you if your application has been approved. Should you misrepresent your company, FPMA has the right to ask you to remove yourself as an exhibitor. A refund will not be issued.
Once your virtual exhibitor application has been approved, FPMA will forward your contact information to PodiatryMeetings for build out of the virtual booth. Should you have questions, please email ExhibitHall@FPMA.com.
CANCELLATIONS: Exhibitors may request, in writing, a refund as follows: Refunds requested up to/before December 16, 2020 will be issued less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations after December 16, 2020 are ineligible to receive a refund. If a confirmed Exhibitor does not occupy the reserved Exhibit area for any reason, the Exhibitor is ineligible to receive a refund.
