FPMA 2021 Summer Conference - PHYSICIANS

The Florida Podiatric Medical Association's 2021 Summer Conference will be held June 10 - 13, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, located in Bonita Springs, Florida. Our commitment is to increase knowledge by offering every registrant the educational assistance needed to improve care for their patients and be successful in practice by promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments.
Due to continued social distancing protocols, only a maximum of 250 podiatric physician attendees will be eligible to attend.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by May 21, 2021. Refunds will be processed after the event. No refunds available for no-shows or cancellations received after May 21, 2021. *Changes in registration, including changes in attendance preference after May 21, 2021 and no-shows are subject to a $125.00 fee.*

Please complete one registration form per registrant. All communication regarding the FPMA 2021 Summer Conference will be sent to the contact information provided. Your first and last name, as it appears on the registration form, will be printed on your name badge. You must be registered for the entire program to attend any portion of the program. Some workshops and events may require separate fees.
