The Florida Podiatric Medical Association is pleased to announce the annual Science & Management Symposium (SAM), taking place January 15 - 19, 2020 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. SAM's educational mission is to promote continuing education in podiatric medicine, podiatric surgery, and practice management through workshops and seminars. Our commitment is to increase knowledge by offering every registrant the educational assistance needed to improve care for their patients and be successful in practice by promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments.

1) A separate registration form needs to be completed for each attendee.
2) All communication regarding SAM 2020 will be sent to the contact information provided on your registration form.
3) Your first and last name, as it appears on the registration form, will be printed on your SAM 2020 name badge.
4) You must be registered for the entire program to attend any portion of the program. Some workshops and events may require separate fees.
SAM 2020 pre-registration will end Friday, December 20, 2019. If you have not registered by close of business that day, you will have to register on-site at the conference.
